Baby Greens and Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup each:
    • Alfalfa sprouts
    • Sunflower sprouts
  • 2 cups spinach, washed and torn in bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup croutons

Directions

Toss together and serve with lemon juice.
