Parsley-Garlic Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed sprouts
  • 1/8 cup dried parsley or 1/4 fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 small clove of garlic, chopped
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce

Directions

Blend all ingredients together at high speed, till creamy.
