Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon horseradish
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon relish
- Dash of paprika
- Alfalfa sprouts
- Cucumber, thinly sliced
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Green onions, chopped
- 4 croissants
Directions
Mix bacon, horseradish, mayonnaise and relish together. Spread mixture on an open croissant then layer the vegetables.
