- 1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 seedless cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 slice cheese
- 2 slices turkey
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
The avocado can either be thinly sliced or lightly smashed and then spread with the mayonnaise on the bread. Assemble the remaining ingredients and enjoy.
