Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed sprouts
- 1/8 cup dried parsley or 1/4 fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 small clove of garlic, chopped
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce
Directions
Blend all ingredients together at high speed, till creamy.
